Richterism was officially created in October 2018, with it’s writings beginning as early as October 6th 2018 as a reaction to rampant disloyalty and disobedience among the ranks of groups that I, had created or joined as an officer. In raids, arrogant egotists argued against my plans out of a desire for self-credit, and in other scenarios, defeatists and shitposters sought out not the cause of the group as priority, but rather opportunism and themselves as the primary goal. As a consequence, raids became tedious to command, and group doctrine was incredibly weak in the face of strong enemies who pursued demoralization campaigns against soldiers, who otherwise did not give a single thought towards loyalty. Worst of all, within my groups, it was often that people who were the first to say they were loyal in public, would then behind closed doors express a lack of faith in the group or otherwise disagree with me on various ideas which brought prosperity. Henceforth, after my patience ran dry and my boiling point achieved, the ideology forever known as Richterism, named after the Richter - now Richterian Dynasty, was created. What was claimed to be the end of my career, would actually kickstart some of the most powerful empires and nations, ever created under my rule, thanks to the Richterist Doctrine which turned my army of loyalists, into one of the most powerful followings ever mustered.
