Structure
“Richterism will be reorganized, with totality only to Aleczaender!”
Under Richterism, the categorization was simple. You had your basic loyalty ranks, followed by the bloodline members, a Council, Successor, and the Leader himself. The structure under Zaenderism, must be totally reformed and changed to better fit the confines of a movement of loyalty, with practical organization. At the bottom of the structure you have your basic supporters, who are not official Zaenderists, but rather simple advocates in training. There will be “tiers of loyalty” which will be earned through either extreme devotions of loyalty, or otherwise through classes and an applicative process. In any case, there can be as many tiers as necessary. At the end of the tier are your “graduates” who are otherwise defined as “Sworn Zaenderists”. Following this, you will have your “elders”, who are the senior staff and managers of Zaenderism, they are typically your veterans, teachers, and those who assist in the reviewing of the applicative process. They also will be involved in the management of projects categorized as “departments”. Above the elders, are the head ministers, followed by the Deputy Director and Director, who oversee the ministries and loyalty tiers, followed by the Council (similar to the Richterian Council), and at last, the leader, that being myself.

As for the departments, it would function similar to the Imperial Regime in Octavium. First and foremost, you would have your security Department, which handles the protection of the Leader and other Zaenderist events. You would have your Judicial Department, Propaganda Department, Relations Department, and Dynastical Department (to organize the bloodlines) among others. How many or what the departments are is irrelevant, the structure would function as a political body with projects that every Zaenderist should participate in. Bloodlines are optionable, but function as “social projects” for Zaenderists to participate in to build brotherhood and friendship. This would effectively replace the need for any sort of “political” or “beaurucratic body” in any future project.
