Purpose
“Are you a dedicated Zaenderist, Major?’
The function of Zaenderism will resolve various issues we find in our projects. Most commonly, the fact that nobody wants to fulltime a role which is bureaucratic. Secondly, the role of managing such bureaucratic positions will no longer be a fulltime job. The need for a ‘Regime’ or an ‘Authority’ or ‘Workers Party’ will otherwise be redundant, and better yet, will function as moreso a mandated effort for loyalists rather then a branch requiring to field active manpower. This will consolidate manpower for the branches and divisions, making the jobs of roles such as judge or content-creator secondary for whatever freetime remains. These projects will not be mandated, but encouraged for those who are dedicated to Zaenderism, by forwarding the cause. In branches such as the army, being a Zaenderist will not be required at first, but the soldiers will be trained and prepared to become Zaenderists, until it is mandated at the rank of atleast Major. This means, that it is in-fact a requirement for every senior officer in the military to be Zaenderist. In a branch as persay, the “Legion”, it is mandatory for every member to be a Zaenderist, but it should be a requirement to be atleast a Senior Zaenderist to go beyond for instance the rank of a “Century Leader”. “Honorary Zaenderists” are Zaenderists who have not undergone the application system, and were given a ‘pass’ by either Aleczaender or another member of the Graend Council to participate in a senior role. Honorary Zaenderists must still nevertheless complete an application form or loyalty test to prove they are loyal enough to be worthy of a senior position in any project, and will be distinguished by a medal or badge of their status.
This will once again, promote a purification process for loyalty, proven by the awarding of a medal or badge on top of a rank in the Zaenderist Organization. The higher your tier as a Zaenderist, the more likely you are to be an officer or serve in a more elite division. This will promote the value of loyalty at a far higher degree, not only making it something serious in practice, but making the requirements of loyalty an educational experience that will define loyalty exactly how I want through the passing of such tiers. For managers within the Zaenderist Organization, they will have a laidback job of not rallying numbers, but rathering fulfilling work quotas which can be done by themselves or by workers within their project - whatever the case, they will have ample time to focus on their quotas in their main branch, unless otherwise ordered by a more senior Zaenderist leader. Perks of having such a high role, means the guarantee of also holding a high role within a main branch within Zaenderist society. Zaenderists will never occupy an active field role unless it is in regards to specifically Zaenderist events held on Zaenderist grounds intended specifically for a Zaenderist occurrence. Otherwise, Zaenderists will never occupy an active field role in any Zaenderist society, other then their duty in the existing branches under the existing state in existence.
